Hi there!
Hi, I’m Karin Abeling, the voice and heart behind Kirana Meditation.
I spent years trying to heal by understanding myself.
I read the books. Learned the patterns. Analyzed my triggers. Tried to “think” my way into peace.
And while all of that gave me awareness… it didn’t give me the life I deeply longed for.
Underneath the self-awareness, I was still exhausted. Still emotionally overwhelmed. Still disconnected from my body, my joy, my intuition, my sense of aliveness. Life often felt like something I had to manage rather than something I truly got to live.
What changed everything for me wasn’t more information.
It was learning how to feel safe enough to actually be present in my life again.
To reconnect with my body.
To regulate my nervous system.
To soften out of survival mode.
To stop abandoning myself emotionally.
To open my heart again after years of protection.
To hear my own inner voice beneath the noise of fear, conditioning, and overthinking.
Slowly, life stopped feeling so heavy.
I began experiencing more peace in ordinary moments.
More connection in my relationships.
More clarity in my decisions.
More trust in myself.
More openness to love, beauty, joy, and being fully here.
That journey became the foundation of my work.
Over the years, I’ve deeply studied trauma healing, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, meditation, spirituality, somatic healing, polyvagal theory, chakra psychology, and emotional integration. But what matters most to me is not how much someone knows intellectually.
It’s whether they can finally exhale.
Whether they can feel safe in their own body again.
Whether they can reconnect with their heart, their truth, and their intuition.
Whether they can stop merely surviving life and begin deeply living it.
Because healing, to me, is not about becoming a perfect or endlessly “high vibe” version of yourself.
It’s about returning to your natural state:
open-hearted, connected, embodied, alive.
My approach blends grounded psychological understanding with deep spiritual connection. I believe true transformation happens when we include the body, the subconscious mind, the nervous system, emotions, energy, and the soul. Not just positive thinking or surface-level mindset work.
The people who find me are often deeply self-aware and spiritually open people who have done years of inner work… yet still feel disconnected from themselves. They may struggle with emotional overwhelm, chronic overthinking, numbness, people-pleasing, anxiety, shutdown, or a lingering feeling that life is passing them by.
They don’t necessarily need more healing information.
They need to feel safe enough to open.
Safe enough to feel.
Safe enough to receive.
Safe enough to trust themselves again.
That’s the space I hold.
Not from a place of perfection or having it all figured out.
But from having walked this path myself and continuing to walk it with honesty, humility, and devotion.
Because I believe we all deserve more than just getting through life.
I believe we deserve to feel connected to ourselves.
Connected to others.
Connected to life itself.
I believe we deserve to fall in love with our lives again.
