Wake up excited about your life again
Embodied meditation, nervous system work, and emotional integration for deeply feeling women who are ready to move from overthinking and overwhelm → to overflow and falling in love with their life again.
Helping you come back into emotional safety, presence, and aliveness through body-based meditations.
My work is for you if…
You are deeply self-aware, but still find yourself repeating the same inner patterns, even when you understand them very well.
You notice you often live more in your head than in your body, especially when life feels intense or uncertain.
You can feel overwhelmed quite easily, or sometimes emotionally flat or disconnected, as if you are looking at life through a bubble.
You’ve done a lot of inner work, but there’s still a feeling that something hasn’t fully shifted in how you move through life.
You tend to take in a lot of healing information, but find it harder to fully embody or integrate it into daily life.
And sometimes you find yourself wondering:
Why does life still feel like this, even after everything I’ve done?
And underneath all of that… there is a deeper longing to wake up feeling excited about your day and to go to bed feeling deeply fulfilled, because you got to spend another day on this beautiful floating rock in space, doing what you love doing most.
Most women I work with are not lacking insight.
They are lacking embodiment.
They understand themselves deeply,
but they don’t consistently act on what feels right for them,
because information doesn’t equal transformation.
True, lasting transformation requires you to know what is right for you
and the self-love to take aligned action.
My work is centered around four core pillars of embodied transformation:
1. Grounding & regulation
Helping you move out of overwhelm, urgency, and shutdown into a grounded sense of internal safety and stability. Through nervous system and emotional regulation practices, you learn how to stay present with life, even when things feel intense.
2. Embodied presence
Coming out of your head and back into your body, sensations, and lived experience. Through guided meditations and somatic awareness practices, you reconnect with yourself beyond overthinking and mental noise.
3. Emotional integration
Learning to feel emotions without suppressing, spiraling, or analyzing them. You are supported in actually being with what you feel in real time, so emotions can move instead of getting stuck or intellectualized.
4. Reconnection to aliveness
Restoring joy, desire, intuition, creativity, and presence in your daily life. Through real-life embodiment practices (not just insight or theory), what you learn is brought directly into how you live, so life becomes more aligned, open, and alive again.
Ways to work together
There are many ways to step into this work. Whether you’re just starting to notice you feel disconnected from yourself, or you’re ready to fully shift how you live. Start where you are, and follow what resonates.
I share reflections, embodied reminders, and glimpses into what it actually means to move from survival mode into a more present, alive, and connected way of living.

Hi, I’m Karin

For years, I believed I would finally feel fulfilled once I understood myself enough and healed everything that felt imperfect.
So I did what many deeply self-aware people tend to do. I did a PhD in me. I uncovered my patterns. Analyzed my emotions. I read the books, did the practices, and went deep into anything I could find that might help me understand what was happening within me.
And while all of that gave me insight, it didn’t really give me what I was actually longing for. It just made me overwhelmed thinking about all the “work” I still had to do.
So, I switched lanes and started experimenting with learning how to feel safe enough to stay connected to my body whenever I felt discomfort or emotional overwhelm, without avoiding what I felt by escaping into the mind.
What happens if I just stay here a little longer?
What if I don’t try to understand this and just feel it?
What if I actually feel what is here, without moving away from it?
And that experiment changed everything.
This became the foundation of my work
Today, I guide deeply feeling and spiritually aware women out of chronic overthinking and emotional overwhelm, and back into embodied safety, emotional connection, intuition, and a more grounded, meaningful experience of life. Not by adding more information. But through practices that bring you back into the body: nervous system regulation, guided meditation, emotional integration, and real-life embodiment.
Because insight alone doesn’t really create change.
At least not the kind of change people are actually looking for.
Healing doesn’t need to become an identity you live inside of.
It can become another way of staying in your head.
And I’ve seen again and again how easy it is to understand yourself deeply…
while still not feeling very connected to yourself in daily life.
Because the the basis for joy and fulfilment is in feeling safe enough to stay connected to yourself.
And overthinking can still keep you slightly removed from your actual life. Aliveness, in the end, isn’t something you figure out. It’s something you come back into through learning to feel what’s right for you and taking aligned action.
I don’t believe we are meant to spend our life fixing ourselves.
We’re meant to follow our gut & do what feels right.
And if you believe that too, my work is for you.
