Your meditation practice is changing you.
But are you bringing that presence into your life?

Embodied meditation and real-life integration practices for experienced meditators who want to move beyond
moments of peace on the cushion and bring more connection, openness, intuition, and aliveness into the way they live.

You love meditation.
So why does life still feel the same?

You know there is something powerful and transformative about meditation.
To drop deeply into this state of presence and openness where the mind becomes peaceful and you feel connected to yourself and to life.

But then the practice ends. You open your eyes and return to your day.
And somehow… the low-level stress comes creeping back.
You start to overthink decisions again and old patterns take over.

And you find yourself wondering:

“Why can I feel so connected during meditation, but struggle to stay connected that feeling in everyday life?”

WHO THIS IS FOR

This work is for you if..

You already meditate and have experienced moments of deep presence, connection, or inner peace.
You know meditation works, but you want those moments to become your baseline, not just something you touch upon during practice.
You want to feel more connected to yourself and your life.
You want to trust your intuition more and make choices from what feels true, rather than from fear, habit, or protection.
You want to become more open, loving, creative, and alive.

And most of all…
You are looking for a way to embody what meditation is already showing you.

MY METHOD

From meditation practice to embodied living
My work helps you bridge the gap between your inner practice and your outer life Through:

1. Embodied meditation

Moving beyond meditation as a mental practice and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body, emotions, and felt experience.

2. Nervous system awareness

Understanding how your inner state shapes the way you experience life and learning how to return to balance.

3. Emotional integration

Learning to stay present with emotions instead of losing yourself in them or escaping into the mind.

4. Real-life embodiment

Taking what you experience in meditation and bringing it into your relationships, choices, creativity, and everyday moments.
Because your practice is not complete when meditation ends.
That is where the practice begins.

Hi, I’m Karin

For years, meditation was my anchor.
It gave me moments of profound peace, connection and connected me to the presence within.

But I noticed something:
The person I experienced on the meditation cushion didn’t always come with me into my everyday life.

When I was challenged old patterns returned way too easily.
It made me understand that I could know myself on such an intimate level and feel connected to myself and to life during meditation, but I still struggled to stay connected to myself in my actual day-to-day.

So I became curious about what would happen if meditation wasn’t something I practiced only sitting with my eyes closed, without anything else to deal with other than myself.

What if it became something I returned to throughout the day.
Bringing everything I’ve learned in meditation into practice.

This question became the foundation of my work.

Today, I help experienced meditators bridge the gap between their inner practice and their outer life, so that state of connected presence that they feel duringmeditation becomes their homebase.

Your practice is not meant to stay on the cushion.

Meditation gives you a glimpse of what is possible:
more presence, more connection, more openness, more trust.

The next step is learning how to bring that way of being into your everyday life.
Whether you’re looking for a simple way to reconnect, a community to practice with, or a deeper journey of transformation, you are welcome here.

Come back to yourself.
Bring your meditation into your life.
