Back To Center
Awareness is not the missing piece.
Learning how to use that awareness to make different choices is.
You can spend years understanding your patterns.
Knowing why you react the way you do.
Recognizing your triggers.
Understanding your nervous system.
And still make the same choices that leave you drained, disconnected, and overwhelmed.
Letting that knowing actually change how you live is another.
Real transformation happens when you learn to return to your center.
Not just during meditation, but throughout your everyday life.
.
Back To Center teaches you how.
Through guided meditations, practical reflections, and simple daily practices, you’ll learn to:
• Know what being in your center actually feels like
• Recognize when you’ve wandered away
• Use that connection to make choices that actually give you life.
Again.
And again.
Until coming back to yourself becomes your new normal.
Maybe this feels familiar…
You know that feeling you get in meditation?
When you feel more open.
More spacious.
More connected.
More alive.
And when you’re in that space, you just know.
You know what you need.
You know what you’ve been avoiding.
You know which direction you are being guided in.
And then you get up from the cushion.
Back to work, gym, social things.
And slowly you drift further away from that state as your mind starts to take back the steering wheel.
Doubts creep up about where you’re meant to go, so you do what you’ve always done.
You choose what’s familiar.
And talk yourself out of the thing that scares you, even though you know it might be right for you..
And sometimes you don’t even realize you’re doing it.
Because fear can feel a lot like intuition when you’re disconnected from your deeper self.
But what if you could learn to tell the difference?
What if, instead of automatically backing away from something because it feels scary, you could pause long enough to feel what’s underneath the fear?
Maybe the anxiety is grounded.
But maybe…
there’s excitement underneath it. Energy. Desire. Aliveness.
The feeling of “holy shit, I actually want this.”
That’s the kind of connection Back To Center helps you bring into your everyday life.
Because the real question isn’t:
“How can I feel peaceful and connected during meditation?”
It’s:
“What would change if I actually let that connected version of me influence the way I live?”
Back To Center helps you do that.
Because the goal isn’t simply to feel calm.
The goal is to become more connected to yourself while you’re actually living your life.
To notice when you’re saying yes when you mean no.
To recognize when you’re choosing from fear instead of love.
To feel when something gives you energy and when something drains it.
To pause before automatically doing what you’ve always done.
And then make a different choice.
Instead of experiencing presence and deep connection only while you’re meditating…
you learn how to recognize when you’ve wandered from it…
and how to return to the calm, connected, grounded version of yourself you experienced during meditation, so that that becomes the part of you that drives your decisions.
Returning to that state of presence again and again.
Until coming back to your center begins to feel just as familiar as overthinking once did.
Meditation helps you remember your center.
Life teaches you to recognize when you’ve left it.
Back To Center teaches you how to return.
How Back To Center actually works
Every meditation helps your body remember what being centered feels like.
The reflections help you discover when, why and how you tend to leave that state.
Throughout your day you’ll practice noticing,
Instead of staying there, you’ll learn exactly how to come back.
Sometimes through your breath.
Sometimes through movement.
Sometimes through grounding.
Sometimes through a simple shift in attention.
Helping you learn to recognize what works best for you in different states or situations.
Over time something beautiful happens.
You stop needing to remember to come back.
You simply notice sooner.
Returning to that state of presence and connection becomes automatic.
And eventually…
being centered begins to feel more familiar than being stressed.
That becomes your new baseline.
Your daily Back To Center check-in
Throughout the course you’ll learn a simple practice that helps you quickly recognize where you are internally.
Whenever you notice yourself rushing… overthinking… or simply feeling “off”…
you’ll learn to pause and ask:
How do I feel?
What nervous system state am I in?
Where is my attention?
What do I need right now?
And what choice would feel most aligned from here?
These questions become your compass, not just for regulating yourself, but for making decisions from connection instead of automatic patterns.
Inside Back To Center you’ll find everything you need to build this new baseline

Because coming back to yourself isn’t a x-day challenge.
It’s a lifelong practice.
Why this works
Most personal growth helps you understand yourself.
Back To Center helps you actually live from what you know.
The process is simple.
Step 1: Define what being in your center actually feels like.
Step 2: Practice returning there through meditation.
Step 3: Notice when you’ve wandered away in real-life.
Step 4: Use that connection to choose differently.
Step 5: Repeat until living from that connection becomes more natural than living on autopilot.
What changes when coming back to your center becomes your new normal
The goal isn’t to never feel stressed, angry, overwhelmed, or uncertain again.
It’s to stop letting those states automatically decide what you do.
Everyone’s journey looks a little different, but these are the kinds of messages I’ve been receiving lately… ❤️
“I recovered way faster than I normally would have.”
Last week I got an email from work that immediately made my stomach drop. Normally I would’ve spent the whole day thinking about what I’d done wrong and feeling bad about it. But after all the check-ins and coming back practices I’ve done I could press pause almost straight away. So I went outside for a bit, took a few breaths, let myself feel how activated I was, connected to that feeling I have during meditation and got back in feeling actually okay again. That was such a big win.
“I still get overwhelmed… I just don’t stay there anymore.”
I still have days where everything feels like too much. The difference is that I don’t lose half my day to it anymore.
The other morning I was literally speed-walking through making breakfast, so I checked in, noticed my jaw and shoulders were all tight and tense and I wasn’t really here. I didn’t want to carry that feeling around all day like I used to, because I see now how tired and stressed that made me. I honestly can’t believe I used to walk around like that all day.
“I actually surprised myself.”
Yesterday my partner made some stupid comment. I used to get so angry when he did that and go against him, but this time I could actually feel myself getting activated and I even told myself (yes I talk to myself now haha) “Hang on… I’m leaving myself here.” So I said I needed a minute, went into the kitchen, took a few breaths, came back and we actually had a really honest conversation. Afterwards I remember thinking, Who even was that? 😂
I’ve definitely never handled things like that before.
“I trust myself now.”
Work is still stressful. My family is still… my family 😅 Life’s still life, BUT I stopped feeling like every curveball was going to knock me over. I know I won’t stay there forever and that’s a feeling I’ve honestly never had before.
“I didn’t even realize it had become automatic.” Back To Center is not designed to be something you complete once. being able to feel the difference between “this isn’t right for me” and “this scares me because it stretchs me, but I actually want it.” And underneath the fear, you notice something else. So you do the thing that scares you. Simply because you learned how to connect to that loving presence within you that can hold the fear and give it the compassion it needs. And it doesn’t just change the big decisions. And instead of automatically following the old pattern… Maybe the choice is uncomfortable. “This is alive for me.” Imagine trusting that loving, joyful presence in you to take the wheel more often. I was doing some shopping the other day and caught myself rushing around like the house was on fire and without even meaning to I slowed my breathing, relaxed my shoulders and looked around for a second. It took maybe thirty seconds. In the car home I burst out laughing because I realized 2 months ago I wouldn’t even have noticed I was stressed. Now coming back to my body is just what I do.
A LIVING CONTAINER
It’s something you return to.
The library will continue growing with new meditations, reflections, grounding practices, and nervous system tools, giving you more ways to reconnect whenever life pulls you away from yourself.
Imagine…
Imagine noticing that tightness in your chest without taking it as a sign to back away. Instead, you pause. You breathe. You come back to yourself.
Excitement.
Energy.
Desire.
Aliveness.
You send the message.
You take the opportunity.
You say what you really think.
You leave the job/relationship/situation that has been draining you.
You finally start the thing you’ve been talking yourself out of for months, if not years.
You start noticing the smaller ones too.
You catch yourself about to say yes when your whole body is saying no.
You notice you’re exhausted but about to push through anyway because shit needs to get done.
You realize you’re scrolling because you don’t actually want to feel what you’re feeling.
You notice yourself choosing what’s familiar instead of what actually gives you life and energy.
you come back to your center
You listen to what it is you actually need and you choose from there.
Maybe it scares you.
But somewhere underneath the fear, you can feel:
“This feels right.”
“This gives me energy.”
That’s what Back To Center is really about.
