Follow The Thread

21 days to follow one thing that lights you up, meet everything that comes up when you do, and build real evidence that you can trust yourself through it.

You know that thing you keep saying you want to do?

Write the book.
Start teaching.
Share your work.
Launch the thing.
Make the art.
Start the podcast.
Host the workshop.
Change career.
Put your ideas somewhere other people can actually see them.

Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for months.
Maybe years.

It’s not something you think you should want.
There’s something about it that gives you energy.
You think about it in the shower.
You get ideas for it while you’re walking.

Every now and then you have a moment of:
Fuck it. I’m actually going to do this.

And then…
you don’t.

Or you start.
And stop.
Or spend six weeks researching the best way to begin.
Or decide you need a clearer plan first.
Or suddenly become extremely interested in reorganizing your kitchen cupboards.
Or you make something… and never share it.
Or someone questions the idea and the thing you felt so excited about five minutes ago suddenly seems ridiculous.

And then you tell yourself:
I’ll do it when I have more time.
When I know exactly what I’m doing.
When I feel more confident.
When life calms down.
When I’m sure this is actually the right thing.

And so this thing that makes you feel more alive…
keeps getting postponed.
Simply because of everything that happens within you
when you try to follow that spark.

I want to run an experiment with you

For 21 days.
And you need to bring one thing.
One thing you genuinely want to create, express, explore or share.
Not your entire life purpose or a perfectly formulated goal.

Just something that makes you go:
Oooh. I’d really love to…
…and that you haven’t really been doing (yet!).
Because we’re going to use that desire as an experiment.

And it’s not going to be one of those challenges where you force yourself to take a big scary leap or finish your project in 21 days.
And this is not about learning to be more disciplined.
And it doesn’t have anything to do with manifestation.

We’re going to follow what lights you up

And then pay very close attention to what happens within you,
so that you get intimately familiar with what usually stops you from seeing it through.

Because I have a suspicion.

You might not need another productivity system.
Or a better morning routine.
Or more motivation.
You might not even need more clarity.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t that we don’t know what we want.
We know.
And then we try to act on it.
And that’s when things get interesting.

You decide you’re finally going to share your work, your song, your art…
and suddenly you’re worried about what people will think.

You decide to start the project…
and suddenly you need to know whether it could actually succeed before you’ve even begun.

You make something you love…
and immediately start wondering whether it’s good enough.

You feel excited about an idea…
until someone else doesn’t understand it.

You know what you want to say…
until you imagine someone’s reaction.

You take one step toward it with childlike enthusiasm…
and then doubt steps in. Or fear…
and suddenly you’re wondering whether that means you shouldn’t be doing it at all.
Or at least not now.

And eventually:
“I’d really love to…”
Becomes another:
“Maybe someday.”

So for 21 days

we’re going to stop endlessly thinking about the thing… and collect some actual field data.

Every day, you’ll receive an audio training from me.
Something to listen to in the morning, on your walk, over coffee, wherever.

And then I’ll give you one small experiment.
Sometimes it’ll be something to write.
Sometimes something to notice.
Sometimes something to actually do.
Nothing enormous.
The point isn’t to completely transform your life before breakfast.

The point is to take enough real action that we can see what actually happens when you start following something that gives you life.
Because that’s where the interesting stuff appears.

You might discover…

…that you actually know what you want much more often than you thought.
…that your biggest problem isn’t starting the thing, it’s letting other people see you doing it.
…that the moment someone questions you, you stop trusting your own inner knowing.
…that you keep calling fear “intuition” when something becomes unfamiliar.
…that you turn every exciting idea into a giant project and then overwhelm yourself with it.
…that you don’t need more motivation or inspiration, you need to stop requiring certainty before you’re willing to move toward it.
…that you’re perfectly capable of choosing how you live your life until somebody might be disappointed by it.
…that you keep waiting to feel confident before doing the very things that would actually give you confidence.
…that you don’t really have an ideas problem.

You have a:
“what happens inside me when I actually try to live what I know?” problem.
And THAT is what I want us to get curious about.

This isn’t 21 days of “JUST DO IT”
Please no.

Fear isn’t something we’re going to bulldoze through.
Sometimes fear has useful information.
Sometimes hesitation deserves to be listened to.
Sometimes you should change your mind.
And sometimes something that excited you turns out not to be what you thought it was.
Good.
That’s data too.

This experiment isn’t about blindly following every impulse.
It’s about becoming much more intimate with the difference between:
what gives me life
and
what happens inside me when I try to follow it.
So that fear and doubt will get a voice…
without automatically getting the final say.

And by the end of the 21 days…

Yes, I want your thing to have moved.
Maybe you’ve written the first pages.
Shared the work.
Taught the class.
Made the thing.
Sent the email.
Started the project.
Had the conversation.
Taken the first few steps toward something that previously existed mostly inside your head.

But honestly?
That’s not the part I’m most interested in.
I’m interested in what those actions reveal about you.

Because after 21 days

I want you to be able to see

This is what gives me life.
This is what happens when I move toward it.
This is where I start doubting myself.
This is what I’m afraid will happen.
This is what I do when that fear comes up.
This is where I tend to leave myself.
And this is what becomes possible when, occasionally, I don’t.

You’ll finish with your own field map of the patterns between you and the life that wants to move through you.
And the beautiful thing is that this won’t just be some more information you’ve gathered.
It will be embodied insight.
Because you’ve watched them happen.
In your actual life.

And you’ll have something else.
Evidence.

Evidence of what happens when you stop waiting to feel ready…
and run the freaking experiment.

Maybe you discover:
I can feel scared and still share something.
Someone can question me but that doesn’t mean I’ll have to question myself.
I might not know where this is going and still trust and take the next step.
I can make something imperfect and survive people seeing it and judging it.
I can listen to fear without automatically obeying it.
I can choose something simply because it gives me life.

And maybe the biggest piece of evidence becomes:
I can trust myself a little more than I thought I could.
And it won’t be because every choice worked out perfectly (life will still be life).
But because you actually started showing yourself:
Whatever happens, I can meet myself there.

THE 21-DAY EXPERIMENT

For 21 days you’ll get:

🎧 One short daily audio training
A thought, teaching or perspective to take into your day, designed to be listened to and to run through your own system rather than becoming another thing you need to sit down and “study.”

✍️ One small daily experiment
Sometimes a few lines of writing.
Sometimes something to notice.
Sometimes a real-world action.

🔬 Your own field research
You’ll use ONE real desire as the laboratory, so this isn’t theoretical self-development. We’re working with something you actually care about.

🗺️ Your personal field map
By the end, you’ll have a much clearer picture of what gives you life, what happens when you follow it, where you tend to lose connection with yourself and what helps you return.

And, most importantly…
you’ll have actually moved.

Because there’s a point where we have to leave the laboratory of the mind…
and go collect some field data.

This is for you if

There is already something in you saying:
I’d really love to, BUT WHAT IF…

You don’t need to know exactly where it leads.
You don’t need to know whether it’ll become a career, a business, a hobby, a project or simply something you needed to experience.

You just need one living thread you’re willing to follow for 21 days.
Especially if you’re someone who’s already self-aware.
You’ve reflected.
You’ve journaled.
Maybe you’ve meditated for years.
You understand yourself pretty damn well.

And yet there’s still sometimes this frustrating gap between:
what you know…
and
how you actually live.

That’s the gap we’re going into.
Not by analyzing it for another three weeks, but by actually living it.

€21. 21 days.
One thing you deeply want to take action towards.

And a question:

What might happen if, instead of talking yourself out of it AGAIN… you followed the thread? Without knowing where it’s going to lead (how exciting!!)

Just for 21 days.
Listen.
Move.
Notice what comes up.
Collect data.
Take the next step.

And see what your life shows you.
